Hello! So for this week, researching and engaging customers is the area that is going to be studied. Facebook is the platform that will be used. After thinking about the development of a facebook strategy I found it tough for businesses that use another platform as their main. For me instagram is my biggest platform and I'm able to connect with a lot more kpop brands/stores and kpop fans on there. I couldn't find any businesses on Facebook that I could make "strategic connections." I don't have any following on Facebook yet, but I did like up to 10 Kpop companies/channels/business from music to k cosmetics. I also checked Facebook for kpop stores and clubs in San Diego and their was one kpop store which I reached out to already and it was unsuccessful for reasons unknown. I liked the Nature Republic main page which has millions of followers, and has satellite stores all over the country. I have currently connected with a satellite Nature Republic store for instagram influence partnering. :)
Along with the customer/business connection I have been able to partner with several kpop stores from ETSY so I liked and followed the ETSY facebook page as well. Etsy is a great website for connecting with businesses and I did not know they had a facebook page until now! I hope to connect with kpop fans and businesses with Facebook. I also hope San Diego County starts establishing more kpop related stores, clubs and fan events.
The Facebook pages I liked are...
-mnet countdown
-mnet official
-1 the k
-sm town
-bangtan.official
-All about kpop
-innisfree usa
-nature republic LA
-nature republic official
-etsy
