Week 5 Part B: Learning about FaceBook Data Collecting

Week 5 Part B: Learning about FaceBook Data Collecting This week is about Facebook data and analytics! Since just starting a new facebook page for my business..."Cheap Kpop Outfits" I wasn't able to view many insights besides some post engagements and limited post reach. These are great tools as well to know which post are more popular with the viewers. After researching information on facebook data and analytics I discovered some new things I didn't know Facebook offered. For example the "Activity" section allows the viewing of active users, revenue and events. I initially thought this section only showed likes, but when insights are available this section should be open for the account. I also came upon a Facebook Help section article called "Compare Data Within Facebook Analytics." This data section on Facebook shows a comparison between users on Android devices verses iOS which I thought was very interesting, I haven't heard of a compare

Week 4 Part B: Defining YOUR Target Market (Post 2)

Hello  안녕!   The business brand I've started is called Cheap Kpop Outfits-  " Create a K-pop inspired outfit from YOUR VERY OWN Closet ”   **I believe my Target audience is K-pop and K-pop fashion fans. The age range of my audience is around ages 15-25 and gender is primarily women. I found this information based off analytics from my Instagram and Youtube accounts.  On Instagram my top geographical areas are US, Mexico, and Brazil and then Japan and Indonesia on YouTube.  Another big part of my audience are BTS and NCT fans (Top kpop boy bands) because a lot of the outfits and merchandise on my social media pages involve BTS and NCT inspiration.  (BTS -top) (NCT part of the group-bottom) My Instagram: @moskpoppage https://www.instagram.com/moskpoppage/

Week 4 Part A: Defining Target Markets

For this week I researched the two gardening brands of Armstrong Garden Centers and Rancho Vista Nursery. These two gardening companies had quite a few differences for the target market as well as marketing aesthetics as well. The basic observations I picked up from researching the websites were web organization/ style and target audience. For Armstrong Garden Centers, I found that the audience seems to be a lot broader than that of the Rancho Vista Nursery, which is to be expected because Armstrong is a much largerr company.  Some obvious differences I found between Armstrong and Rancho Vista are that Armstrong also has a wider variety of plants and flowers for the consumer than Rancho Vista Nursery. I can see that Rancho Vista Nursery is more community based and specializes in unique succulents and cactus plants only. Another obvious difference is the companies’ websites and photography quality. Armstrong Nursery has a lot of very good high quality photography. Also, Armstrong Nurs

CSIT- Week 3 Part B: Developing a Brand (Mo's Kpop Page)

Week 3:Part B For this week the goal is to go more in depth about the development of a brand. I love Kpop music and Kpop culture as well as k cosmetics, I began a YouTube channel called “Mo’s Kpop Page” last year too. I have Instagram, and TikTok for social media platforms but I haven’t fully developed a full “business” with this yet.  It’s been a bit tough figuring out how to brand myself in this way. I’ve never had a real business before so it’s definitely tough navigating how to direct my brand. I currently work with a few small Kpop stores for Kpop band inspired gifts and tshirts. I really want to build off that and improve my sense of advertising and being able to advertise. I want to increase my social media influencing abilities.  First, regarding the topic involving developing my kpop brand I would say that I am the face of the brand because I wear the clothes and cosmetics. I don’t currently know of a logo that would work at this time, but I’m definitely open to finding on

Week 3 Part A: Aesthetics, Design, and Branding

Week 3 Part A: Aesthetics, Design, and Branding For this week I reviewed several websites and took a look at some of the aesthetics, design and branding. Here are the four websites I researched... Penny Juice https://www.pennyjuice.com I don’t believe this website was professionally done. It’s confusing when reading and it’s hard to tell exactly what the goal of the website is and what exactly the product is. It appears to be juice for kids, but it feels a bit random when looking at the website, and it looks somewhat disorganized concept and alignment wise. I think the contrast of color looks good, but the concept seems unclear.  I don’t feel (as an E-reader) that the navigation of the site follows any particular order because it jumps from the juice info to food regulations. I think the concept of the website an be improved. I also think the color palette could be better. National Park Service https://www.nps.gov/index.htm This is overall a professional site and is well organized with

Week 2 Part A: Communication Between Business & Consumer - Morgan M

Week 2 Part A: Communication Between Business & Consumer  Social media has evolved a large amount since it was first created, there’s been thousands of added apps and various choices for messaging, posting, art, business connecting etc. In today’s digital world, social media helps a lot with notoriety and sharing your product/brand or business with others whether it’s in tow, countrywide or around the world. There’s a lot that goes into social media branding and marketing but as an individual it helps to have social media for branding than not. You can connect and showcase items relatively easily with a simple post.  The internet, instant messaging and social media have been a huge part of my life and I remember it becoming bigger while in middle school.  Based off research and talking to adults who did business before social media, it looks like businesses utilized fliers/brochures, newspaper and magazine ads along with mail coupons. For information it was common to call to
